Exterior House Washing
As a proud homeowner, you want to ensure that the outside of your home looks clean, fresh and welcoming. After-all this is the first part of your home that friends, visitors and passers-by see, so make sure it’s up to par by cleaning all exterior surfaces. No matter what materials you may have on your home, AWL Services have various ways of performing exterior cleaning to ensure your properties continued attractiveness and appeal.
Roof Washing
We DO NOT recommend pressure washing your roof unless it is absolutely necessary, ie; prior to repainting or resurfacing. Different roofing materials require a different approach so each roof needs to be considered on a case by case basis.
AWL Services will be happy to inspect the condition of your roof and offer our recommendations.
Roof Treatments
A commercial strength ‘Moss, Mould and Algae Remover’ is applied at very low pressure relying on the weather to then remove the debris over a period of time. This can take anywhere from 6 months to a year depending on how bad the problem was to begin with. To keep your roof looking good this treatment should be repeated every couple of years.
Gutter Cleaning
If you are like the average homeowner then cleaning out gutters is one of those home maintenance chores that get put off till it becomes essential. However, cleaning the gutters and downpipes on your house will save you time and money in the long run. It can be very messy, time-consuming and in some cases even dangerous.
